Only in LA...

KABC was covering yet another high speed police chase and this one was all LA.

First the suspect almost clips a guy on a scooter, then gets on the 110 freeway where he just happens to get an escort from a half dozen youngsters on dirt bikes, doing wheelies on the highway.
