Another Sinclair GM Kicked to the Curb

Back in July of 2022,Sinclair named Diana Wilkin as vice president and general manager of KOKH and KOCB, in Oklahoma City.

She was gone from the job in less than two years.

Then in February, Sinclair announced Amy Calvert as the new General Manager of their Oklahoma stations.

“As a lifelong Oklahoman, I’m honored to join the amazing teams at KOKH, KOCB and the Sinclair Family. My deep love for this state and my passion for local media make me incredibly excited to serve our viewers and community leaders in Oklahoma City and the surrounding communities,” said Calvert at the time of her hiring.

Just a year and a half later, Sinclair cuts ties with her. Calvert updated her social media to say that she’s gone.

Who know who Sinclair will name next, but if it was me, I think I wouldn’t buy any green bananas. You might not be around long enough for them to get ripe.
