No. 2 Worst TV Station to Work For

For the 2nd worst station to work for at the end of 2021, we had to the city by the bay and we find KTVU in the San Francisco market.

There was a time when this station was one of the best in the business when it was owned by the old Cox Media.

But, Cox was eaten up by a hedge-fund and now is a bottom-line company that is a shadow of it’s former self.

As for KTVU, Cox traded it to Fox for WFXT in Boston.

Since Fox took over the station has lost its way and it has started losing some very good people.

“It’s such a shame to see this once great station fall into the abyss,” says one longtime staffer that left the station.

“Fox has ruined the place and it is not an enjoyable place to work,” another station staffer said.

Some are hoping that Fox will stand up and take notice at all the problems at the once great station, but so far that hasn’t happened.

At this point, it is a station you want to stay far away from.
