Good Night and Good Luck

After 40 years in TV news and 20 of them at WXIA in Atlnata, longtime Anchor Brenda Wood signed off from the station last night for the last time. 

Wait....we still have 3 more weeks of the Feb book....right?

What the hell is this Tegna station thinking? What longtime Anchor leaves in the middle of the book? 

Maybe Tegna just couldn't wait to save money on a huge salary that was walking out the door. 

Anyway, last night the station took almost 10 minutes of news time to say goodbye to their longtime Anchor.
