Who's Lying? MSNBC or CNN?

Either CNN or MSNBC was lying yesterday, or maybe both of them were. 

The cable n̶e̶w̶s̶ channels both interviewed Vice President Joe Biden yesterday. Both claimed the interview was live and both aired the interview at 5:09PM.

So, unless Joe Biden has been cloned, either CNN or MSNBC is lying. 

Anyone want to fess up?
