21st Century Fox Hires Law Firm to Investigate Claims Against Roger Ailes

When former Fox News Anchor Gretchen Carlson filed sexual harassment charges against FNC CEO Roger Ailes, parent company 21st Century Fox said they would investigate the claims.

Word is that Fox has retained the law firm of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison to conduct the company's investigation into the Fox News boss.

Politico writes that Paul, Weiss is one of the largest corporate law firms in the country, with a dedicated media and entertainment practice, as well as a corporate law practice.

It also has experience with high-profile investigations on behalf of well-known clients. The firm made national headlines last year after it led the NFL's "Deflategate" investigation after the New England Patriots were accused of improperly deflating is footballs before games to gain an edge over opponents. The report from the firm was central to the League's decision to suspend Patriots quarterback Tom Brady.
