Raycom CEO to Retire, Replacement Already Named

The man that has been with Raycom Media since its inception is set to retire.
The company has already named his replacement.
Raycom CEO Paul McTear says that he is retiring at the end of June. But, he will still have a say in how the company is run. McTear, who will take a seat on the Raycom board. He was named CEO of the company in 2001.
Raycom says that SVP Pat LaPlatney will takeover for McTear. LaPlatney has been with the company since 2007.
