Looks like Fox News Anchor Shepard Smith got his Leo's mixed up a bit. 

Shep had Leonardo DiCaprio and not is not Leonardo Da Vinci painting the Mona Lisa.

Though undoubtedly a talented, charismatic actor, Leonardo DiCaprio is not, unfortunately for Fox News anchor Shepard Smith, 16th Century Renaissance master artist Leonardo Da Vinci. Nor, for the record, is he a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle.
