NBC News Chairwoman Leaving

In an announcement that's no shock to anyone, NBC News Chairwoman Patricia Fili-Krushel is leaving the peacock.

Fili-Krushel was hired in 2012 to oversee NBC's news commodities: NBC News, MSNBC, and CNBC. She recruited the first female network news president when she hired Deborah Turness from Great Britain.

It never was smooth sailing for Fili-Krushel. TODAY Show numbers slid, Nightly News numbers declined, David Gregory lost "Meet The Press", and the network's marquee talent, Brian Williams, couldn't tell the truth.

6-months ago Andy Lack was brought back, and to everyone in the industry, that sealed Fili-Krushel's fate.

Now, who wants to take bets on how long Turness lasts?
