WBFF Reporter Rick Boone is leaving the station after less than a year and headed down the road to DC.

Boone is landing at Fox-owned Channel 5/WTTG as a Reporter fill in Anchor.

It is from a homecoming for Boone, he grew up in the DC area and even interned at WTTG when he was a teenager. 

He starts next week.
