TV Station Owner Goes off on NABJ

The National Association of Black Journalists just wrapped up their conference, but not before handing out an award to WISH/WRTV Owner DuJuan McCoy.

Although, we doubt you will see this award hanging in McCoy’s office.

The NABJ gave McCoy a "Thumbs Down" award at its annual convention.

The criticism comes after he allegedly terminated former WISH Meteorologist Ashley Brown Elliott when she questioned the station's treatment of Black employees.

McCoy, who is notoriously thin-skinned went on social media and fired back at the NABJ.

Needless to say, I don’t think that is going to work.
