I Did My Job, Aren't I Great?

WBBH (Ft, Myers) Anchor Channing Frampton posted a “Look how great I am” post on social media.

Frampton says that he edited the cold open for the newscast and he even skipped his dinner break to do it.

After reading his post, I wasn’t sure why he felt the need to do so. Working in TV news, people often give up dinner breaks and work long hours. What he did was something that Photographers and Editors do all the time. The difference is, they don’t feel the need to post about it.

In the short post, Frampton said I, me or my around 7 times.

Thankfully, most Journalists do their job, maybe a little extra, but don’t feel the need to post about it.
