The Scripps station in Cleveland thinks that they have come up with a groundbreaking idea.
WEWS, Channel 5, is now going to give the forecast for 5 regions (you know, because they are Channel 5).
Now, stations have been giving regional forecasts for as long as I can remember, but WEWS is acting like this is something that has never been done before.
I guess it’s a good thing that WEWS wasn’t Channel 32, then you would have 32 regions in their new exclusive weather gimmick.
I will bet you a nickel that if you trace this back to the Scripps station, you will find an overpaid TV consultant.
