Job Cuts at News 12

A source tells FTVLive that the axe has swung at the News 12 Networks.

“News 12 layoffs today mostly Connecticut and Bronx Brooklyn,” said the source.

Back in late 2023, News 12 owner Altice USA eliminated at least 30 jobs, heavily impacting local stations in Connecticut and New Jersey.

News 12 The Bronx took a big hit when Spectrum stopped carrying cable news station late last year, after word was that Altice wouldn’t pay or wouldn’t reciprocate on a retransmission agreement.

No word on how many were cut.
