Longtime Nexstar Anchor Calling it Quits

WGHP (High Point) Anchor Neill McNeill announced that he is signing off from the station.

McNeill has spent 43 years in the market, and while he made the announcement in the May Book, he’s not signing off until mid-December. I’m not sure why he didn’t wait for the November book to announce he’s leaving.

What other profession do people give 7-month notice?

He did use 25 selfies in his announcement. That has to be a record.
