Another Two Gone in New Haven

The trimming of the staff at Nexstar’s WTNH continues, with another two on-air talent out the door.

After 7 years at the station, Lisa Carberg is not just leaving WTNH, she’s leaving the business altogether.

“I am leaving WTNH for a media relations job at the Yale Cancer Center. Through my medical reporting, I have been amazed at the research and developments happening at Yale,” Carberg said on social media.

Good Friday was the last day for Anchor/Reporter Ken Houston as well.

Carberg and Houston are just the latest of nearly a dozen on-air people to leave the station in the past year. This, along with a number of producers and other behind-the-scenes people.

Nexstar continues to cut across their many stations.
