Shame on This Gray Station!

There are clickbait headlines and there is straight scaring parents across the viewing market.

In a ploy to get viewers to click, the Gray-owned WLBT in Jackson, Mississippi posted this to their social media.

Could you imagine being a parent at work and this post crossed your feed?

No location, just a “local high school.”

How can anyone at the station think this is acceptable? You panic families all in an effort to get a click?

Needless to say, people were not happy.

You can’t blame this viewer for their anger.

Here’s hoping that station management deals with this and takes the appropriate action. Or, maybe Gray corporate should step in and talk to station management.
