Interesting Move...

Three days ago, FTVLive told you that Nexstar’s WHO in Des Moines had Jackie Schmillen anchoring the station’s morning newscast last week.

We pointed out that her full-time job now is Director of Public Affairs for the Iowa National Guard.

We told you that the station had several people listed online as “anchor” or “contributor” but she isn’t one of them.

Well, guess what?

After FTVLive story, Nexstar sent out a press release saying that Schmillen has joined the station as a contributor.

But, it appears she is keeping her National Guard job. No one sees a conflict with this?
