Can You Hold These?

Apparently, WBBH and WINK (Both Ft, Myers) sent out an MMJ at each station to interview a woman whose house was set on fire by a torch-artist.

The MMJs each gave the woman a microphone and had her start talking.

Could not one of the MMJs held the mics, while the other one manned the cameras?

Watching the story was distracting.

Also, you could have tighten the shot so neither mic was visible.

Is there anyone training these people, or are they just sending them in the field to fend for themselves?
