Gotta Be the Jeans

Back in July, I weighed in on the Sydney Sweeney jeans controversy and told you that I agreed with Fox News’s Julie Banderas take on the matter.

But, here we are 6 days into August and Fox News is still focusing on this ad by a department store.

In fact, according to CNN, Fox News has mentioned Sweeney 766 times, while only mentioning Jeffery Epstein 53 times.

Now, ask yourself, do you think Fox News is focusing on the right issue?

Also, FNC says the liberals are losing it over the Sweeney jeans ad. But, other than a single post I saw by some liberal that most of you have not heard of, I haven’t seen a single “big name” liberal say anything about the ad.

In fact, if Fox News stopped talking about the ad, I’m not sure you would hear anything more about it.

I’m guessing that American Eagle, who sells the jeans, is more than happy to Fox News for the free publicity.

I still agree with Banderas take on the matter, but this story should have lost its legs back in July.
