CBS was timing the budget before Skaydance becomes the new owner.

WCBS freelancer Derick Waller was told his time was up at the NYC O&O.

Waller took to social media to post his goodbye, although it looked more like a resume post for any future employer.

I’m not sure if there are many News Directors who care about Emmy nominations these days. Nominations are handed out like Tic-Tacs these days.
