What The Hell is Tegna Doing?! .

In the wake of the Nexstar/Tenga deal, tegna announced that they have hired a new General Manager at their Indianapolis station WTHR.

Tegna says that Brent Denny is the new GM. Here’s hoping that Brent rents and doesn’t buy.

At Tegna’s DC station, WUSA, they announced that they are blowing up the morning show and moving anchors around.

The problem at WUSA is management and not talent, but hey, the bosses need someone to blame.

But, why would you shift Anchors around when in 9 months, it’s a good chance when Nexstar takes over, there will be more changes. All you’re doing now is messing with the viewers.

But, as we said, management at the Tegna DC station doesn’t have a clue.
