Going News Heavy in Atlanta
/In two days, Gray’s WANF (Atlanta) will lose their CBS affiliation and go independent.
The station will rely on news to fill the time, including a 6 hour morning show.
Here is their lineup:
Monday through Friday
ANF Early Edition will begin at 4 a.m. with our award-winning newscast through 10 a.m. — getting you ready to get out the door.
ATL Live, our lifestyle show, will now air for an entire hour from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. But that’s not all. Host Becky Sattero will bring you all new content on ATL Live from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. during the week.
ANF Live at Noon will expand to a full hour.
Our early evening newscasts will continue at 3 p.m. with reporters you’ve come to trust spread out across north Georgia at 4 p.m., 5 p.m. and 6 p.m.
First Alert Weather Extra is an all-new show that will start at 6:30 p.m. Join the southeast’s largest weather team as they dive into major events across the country, discuss and explain trending weather videos on social media, alert you beyond the seven-day forecast, and more.
Atlanta News First at 7 p.m. will remain in place with 20 minutes of non-stop news off the top and just one commercial break during the show.
Atlanta News First will continue at 9 p.m., 10 p.m. and 11 p.m., bringing you all the top stories and breaking news developments from the day.
Sports Overtime is an all-new program from 11:35 p.m.-12 a.m. for all things Atlanta sports. From your Atlanta Braves, Dream, Hawks, Falcons, Georgia Bulldogs, Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets, ATL United and everything in between.
