Gone in New York

People in the WABC newsroom and others in the NYC market are confused and surprised by the news that Anchor/Reporter Janice Yu is gone from the station after just 3 years.

Back in 2017, when Yu was still in the smaller market of Tucson, we wrote, “FTVLive’s favorite Tucson Reporter Janice Yu remains at the station. But, one can wonder for how long before she is snatched up by a bigger market? 

It wasn’t long after, that Yu moved to Atlanta and then to WABC.

But, now she’s gone and people are wondering why? She posted about her exit on social media, but it did not shed much light on the reason for her exit.
