The Wall Street Journal came out with the story that Donald Trump once sent a bawdy birthday message to his friend Jeffery Epstein. Trump denied that he wrote the birthday letter in question and the responded by suing the Wall Street Journal, the Reporters on the story and Rupert Murdoch.

While one Murdoch media outlet was digging and finding this story, another Murdoch media outlet was ignoring the story completely.

Fox News.

At one point, Fox News host Laura Ingraham acted like she might cover the news. During her show, she teased, "We have new news coming on about this as well from the Wall Street Journal. A new report tonight, next," Ingraham said.

But the story was not next, in fact it was never mentioned in her show at all.

Obviously, a call was made to the control room and the WSJ’s scoop was spiked on Fox News.
