Another Scripps Anchor heads for the Exit

For almost 3 decades, Shannon Cake anchored the news at Scripps-owned WPTV.

On Friday, there will be no more Cake at the West Palm Beach station.

Along with anchoring, Cake worked as an investigative Reporter at the station. Cake covered many stories and her work on reporting on unsanitary nail salons brought a lot of attention lion to that industry.
