Reporter Goes Topless for Story

All about me TV strikes at KOB in Albuquerque, as Reporter Griffin Rushton decided to make himself part of the story.

The City of Albuquerque is looking for lifeguards for the city’s pools this summer and instead of following one of the kids applying for the job, Rushton pealed off his shirt (that’s him on the left) and tried out to be a lifeguard.

The lifeguard job is open to kids 15 years old and up. I guess this was Rushton’s way of showing he could pass a lifeguarding test that any 15-year-old kid with decent swimming skills could also pass.

Remember when the story was the focus and not the person telling it?
