Influencer at the White House

An informed public scares the Trump White House.

The Trump White House has tried very hard to limit access to real Journalists and dumb down the White House press room.

Proof of that came when the White House held a briefing not for Journalists, but for influencers.

One conservative influencer, Kambree Nelson, who, and I’m not making this up, thought the moon had disappeared. Nelson told her followers in October that she had spent the last seven days looking for the moon to no avail. “Has anyone seen the moon lately?” Nelson asked at the time. “I’ve been looking for 7 days.” One of Nelson’s followers stated that they couldn’t locate the moon, either, and were convinced that it had “disappeared.” “It has,” Nelson replied. “Why is everyone silent about this?”

Nelson’s White House trip was ridiculed for asking Karoline Leavitt to tell her what questions she should ask the administration.

Democracy doesn't just die in darkness, sometimes influencers help as well.

She also made sure to get a selfie while there.
