The RTDNA did a survey of TV salaries for the past year and they claim that salaries rose in the past year by 3.2%, which barely pecks past inflation, which was at 2.9%.

Two years ago, TV salaries were up 7.5%.

I’m not sure who they surveyed, as many of the people I have talked to in the industry saw no raise at all, or a modest 1 to 1.5% increase.

Then again many states increased their minimum wage, and some have done so dramatically. That might be a factor in the RTDNA survey.
