Signed Off in SoCal

KUSI Anchor Logan Byrnes signed off this week from Nexstar’s KUSI in San Diego.

Byrnes joined the station in 2018, when it wasn’t owned by Nexstar, coming from KTTV in LA.

Before LA, Byrnes anchored at WTIC (Hartford), but left the station after he could not agree on a new deal with station.

JUSI said that Byrnes is retiring from TV news. A co-worker of Byrnes says they think Byrnes will “unretire” fairly quickly.
