The Good, Bad and Ugly of Social Media...

Earlier this week, we shared an email from a viewer who appreciated the social media effort of one Chicago Meteorologist.

We got another email, praising the Met for her work and pointing us to another that doesn’t get it.

Here’s the email.

Morgan Kolkmeyer is a standard for all to follow. IMO the the writer was correct, a breath of fresh air. Using social media for a good reason. 

But then there’s this. A perfect example of the “all about me” news “personality”. Good lord. 

I hope there are more Morgan’s coming up the ranks than Chelsea’s.
