Shelle Jackson joins NBC Powerhouse WRAL in Raleigh, where she will be a General Assignment Reporter. 

Shelle arrives in Raleigh from the NBC Affiliate in Tucson where she also Reported. Shelle, who is a graduate of The University of Arizona and also holds a Masters of Law in Human Rights from the University of Hong Kong, is a native of Tucson.
