Gone Already?

Back at the end of last year, Gray owned KOLD (Tucson) named Michael Hornfeck as the station’s new General Manager.

Hornfeck came from across the street at KVOA where he was the National Sales Manager.

But, according to sources just a few weeks into the job, it appears that Hornfeck might already be gone from the station.

We don’t have any details, but one source says that Hornfeck attended a conference of Gray executives in Vegas last week and by Monday morning he was gone from the job.

I don’t know what went down, but I guess that what happens in Vegas doesn’t always stay in Vegas.
