Time to Retire That Outfit?

A viewer decided they didn’t like the outfit that WFLA (Tampa) Anchor Melanie Michael wore on the newscast on Sunday night.

So, they tweeted Michael their thoughts and Micheal wasn’t happy.

I know that I have better things to do on Sunday nights and I usually save my critiquing of anchors’ clothes till Monday.

But hey, that’s just me.

Look, viewers are your customer and if they don’t like something, some feel the need to speak up.

It’s just like you sending a meal back in a restaurant.

The cook might have worked hard on that meal, and you sending it back hurt their feelings.

But, guess what? When you do that, the restaurant usually makes you a different meal and bring it out to you. They don’t bitch about you on social media and start talking to you like they are your mother. Although, they might spit in your food, and that’s why I never send anything back.

The viewer didn’t comment on your looks, your hair, or your weight….they just said something about one outfit you wore and they didn’t like it.

They voiced their opinion and my advice is just ignore it and move on. But, engaging the person Is not wise and you likely just cost yourself a viewer.

Just saying….
