The Fortune 500 puts Sinclair on the List

Sinclair recently sent out a memo to its employees telling them that the company has been put on the Fortune 500 list.

The email included a press. release that states that Sinclair is listed at No. 465 of the 500 companies on the list.

In the Sinclair press release, it says in part, “From Emmys to Edward R. Murrow Awards, the hardworking teams who produce our local newscasts have been the cornerstone of the company.'“

One Sinclair staffer points out to FTVLive that Sinclair froze its employees wages for all 2021.

Seems odd to us that a company that brags about being on the Fortune 500 list and brags about the awards their employees have won, is not giving their staff any raises, despite the fact that inflation in on the rise.
