Coming in at the 3rd spot on the worst list is another duop and this time it is in Phoenix.

But there is some good news when it comes to this outlet.

Meredith’s KPHO/KTVK has gone through a lot of turnover and lost a number of really good people. Many people that are still working at the station are either looking to leave, or they are eagerly looking for Gray to take over the station from Meredith.

Gray has purchased the Meredith stations and for many of the struggling stations under Meredith, this will likely be good news. People are hoping that Gray can make the changes to make the station better and make it more enjoyable for the staff to go to work.

“I really hope that Gray invest in our station and shakes of the management ranks,” said one KTVK/KPHO news staffer to FTVLive.

Time will tell, but there are a number of people working at the station that are hoping the better days are ahead.
