Zucker Fumes at Thumbs Down Award

Each year the NABJ gives their Thumbs Down Award, which is not an award that anyone wants to win.

This year the award went to CNN:

Sources tell FTVLive that CNN President Jeff Zucker was not happy that the NABJ rightfully called out his network.

Word is that Zucker instructed employees not to go to NABJ’s gala after learning of the award.

Yesterday, FTVLive told you that a CNN staffer was arrested after an altercation with bouncer at a Miami area bar.

Sources tell FTVLive that Zucker was briefed on the matter and instructed someone at CNN to get the staffer a lawyer to fight the charge.

Let’s just say that last week was not a good one for Zucker.
