Disgraced Today Show Anchor Matt Lauer has put his Hampton’s home on the market and if you have $44 million bucks you can sleep in Lauer’s bedroom (I could insert an intern joke here, but I won’t).

Page Six says that Lauer and his soon to be ex-wife Anette Roque are about to list the estate.

The once-happy couple bought the stunning estate from actor Richard Gere for an eye-watering $36.5 million in 2016.

At the time, the property’s listing broker, Corcoran’s Susan Breitenbach, called it a match made in heaven.

But today: “Drones have been circling the estate from above, and photographers have been circling it from the ground as well” to list the property, a top broker said.

Lauer and Roque have continued to reside at the home with their kids.

The stunning, gated property sits on 6.2 landscaped acres, with 300 feet on the ocean. The 12-bedroom, 12-bathroom mansion dates to 1902 and has been restored in what sources call “eco-chic.”

The property includes a separate tea house on the edge of a pond with a bridge, plus its own basketball court, a private deep-water dock and a pool that faces Peconic Bay.

The property was first listed at $65 million when it came to market in 2013.

Roque is planning to stay in the Hamptons with her children, sources said, while Lauer will now get his own place.

I’m note sure what a “tea house” is, but I know I’m not rich enough to have one.
