In just a few days time, a full-time and one part-time digital content producer quit their jobs at KDVR/KWGN in Denver.

Insiders say that it has left the station shorthanded and desperately looking to fill openings.

Here is the internal email sent to the staff from News Director Brian Gregory and obtained by FTVLive:

Today is Joe Dahlke’s last day at KDVR/KWGN. He’s taking a job out of TV in the Denver area. Joe has done a great job helping to grow our digital presence in this market. He really gets creative on his stories and posts and had a special knack for creating some of the best posts I’ve seen for the Broncos and Rockies games. So much so that some of the other stations in town were copying his work the next year.

No matter the shift or the job, Joe was always there when needed. We wish him continued success in his career.

Also – Dayna Himot is leaving on Saturday May 11th to accept a full-time job out of TV. In her short time here Dayna was growing into an engaging digital producer. We wish her the best.

We are actively recruiting for a full-time and part-time digital producer. If you are interested – or you know someone who is – please let Phil know.
