Cease and Desist

On Friday, FTVLive posted a clip from KTEN (Sherman, TX) in which the station's anchors mocked the city of San Francisco, saying it was covered with hypodermic needles and feces. 

Last night, FTVLive got an email from KTEN GM Dave Tillery demanding that we take the video down. 

FTVLive complied with the request and yes we fully believe the video was used under the guidelines of "fair use."

We are in no way done covering this story and will have much more on this story next week. We have asked Tillery for comment about his anchors laughing and mocking the people and the city of San Francisco? So far, we have not heard back from him.

While we thought that when we posted Friday's story, that was pretty much the end of it. But, thanks to Tillery's email, we found out, we're just getting started.
