Look.... I get the fact that many of you are not paid nearly what you are worth in this business. This problem has been going in since TV news first hit the air.
Many of you look for ways to make money on the side and outside of TV news.
But, when you are on-air the rules are a bit different.
Take KTVX (Salt Lake City) Chief Meteorologist Dan Pope.
Pope is the station's main weather anchor and one of the faces of the Nexstar station.
So, I'm not sure that the company would appreciate that he is shilling investment opportunities on his social media.
First off, asking someone for $300,000 bucks is a bit bold.
If I find out Pope is also a Nigerian prince, I'm going to start having some doubts.
