Covering the Carr Fire

While some seem more interested in taking selfies, a number of the young Journalists covering the Carr fire are doing an amazing job in tough conditions.

Many of the Reporter/MMJ's reporter/MMJ’s (like the pictured) are shooting their their own live shots with the IP backpack she has on.

Covering wildfires is always tough as the fire moves and shifts with the wind. It's even tougher when you are doing it alone.

The Journalists covering this fire have shown a lot of situational awareness and are pretty good about communicating information.

Not fake, not the enemy of the people, just some Journalists doing their job in tough conditions with small resources.

Hats off to them and the job they are doing.
