Someone is Smoking the Wacky Weed in a Pittsburgh Newsroom

While many stations are focused on the Feb book, one Pittsburgh station is going to pot. 

It appears that someone at CBS O&O KDKA in the Burgh has taken it one toke over the line and News Director Anne Linaberger is on the case.

Last Friday the newsroom staffers were getting a contact high from the smell of marijuana filtering in the newsroom. 

Now, the station is hell-bent on finding Cheech and Chong and they are asking staffers to report any new smells immediately.

The good news? Sales in the station's vending machine are spiking.  

I have spent a lot of years in newsrooms and if I had to make a bet, I would walk back into editing and have a sniff.

But that's just me.
