Getting the Boot in Norfolk

We're guessing that some traffic cop in Norfolk is not a big fan of the local TV stations. 

Outside the World Trade Center in Norfolk, news cars from both WVEC and WAVY were given the boot. 

We're guessing that were both parked where they shouldn't be and some cop was having a very bad day.
