Leaving Tegna station for Another Tegna Station

WGRZ (Buffalo) Sports Anchor Jonah Javad is shuffling off from Buffalo, but not from Tegna.
Javad has verbally agreed to join Tegna woned WFAA in Dallas.
Javad, who was in line to replace main Sports AnchorAdam Benigni at WGRZ if he stayed, could not immediately be reached for comment.
Benigni is becoming the co-anchor of WGRZ's "Daybreak" in January.
Javad is expected to stay at the Buffalo station until late February before making the move to Dallas.
