Fox News Anchor Julie Banderas‏ did someo=thing done for only the second time on TV news. 

She wore the puffy shirt. 

On Sept. 23rd, 1993, Jerry Seinfeld first wore the puffy shirt while talking to Bryant Gumble on the Today show.  

Yesterday, Julie Banderas‏ brought it out of retirement and wore it on Fox News.
