Ax to Fall in Sacramento

Yesterday, FTVLive told you that CBS O&O KYW in Philly have told the Master Control people that their jobs are being eliminated.

We ended our story by saying, "If we were a betting man, we would guess that this same meeting will be happening at other CBS O&O's as well."

Well, now word is that CBS owned KVOR/KMAX in Sacremento is doing the same thing. 

The people in Master Control have been told that their jobs are going to be eliminated next year. 

No word on how many people will get the blade, but it appears that CBS is going to centralize all Master Control operations for their O&O's.
