Nexstar Expected to Close on MG Deal Today

Well, Media General, Today is the day.
The deal between Nexstar and Media General is expected to close Today and for you Media General people, your nightmare begins.
The deal would have closed Yesterday, but because of the Martin Luther King holiday, it was put off until Today.
Ironically, MLK Day is not a holiday, recognized by Nexstar....so MG people, don't plan on getting that day off next year.
You know....if you're not laid off by then.
