Well it's Started....

Back in May of 2015, in a story talking about KPHO and KTVK in Phoenix, FTVLive wrote, "Sources tell FTVLive that Meredith is looking very seriously at dumping KPHO's morning news and simulcasting KTVK's morning show on both channels."

At the time the station said it had no plans simulcasting the two stations. 

Now, the two stations have started simulcasting the weekend news.

On the stations website, they tried to explain to viewers why they are seeing the same newscasts on both stations.

They call it "simulcasting" we call it screwing the viewer out of another option for news.

At this point the stations claim they have no plans to expand the simulcasting to other newscast. You know, until they do it that is.
