Not the Start We Were Looking For...

As FTVLive was working on this morning’s edition of the website, the power went out.

We broke out the laptop, grabbed our iPhone and started to move to plan B. We would work off the laptop while using a tethered iPhone as our connection to the internet. Just as we got all that setup, the power came back on.

We closed down the laptop, powered back up our desktops and got ready to resume as normal. Just as we got started, the power went out again and is still out.

We moved back to the laptop and iPhone and this is how we did today’s FTVLive.

It has been a trying morning, but we were able to scrape together another edition of FTVLive for you. Just like we have done every single day (including Holidays and Weekends) for the past 6 years.

Let’s do some news…

BTW- The weather here is fine, no rain, no wind. Not sure why we have lost power for so long?
